PHA Canada

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association of Canada is a non-profit organization with offices located in Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON. The Association reaches out to patients who have PH and their families and creates awareness to those who do not know about this incurable disease.

WYW was commissioned to rebuild the website from the ground up providing an interactive and informative environment for patients, medical professionals, friends and family who are affected by PH.
